Regulatory notice: Proposed rates and conditions of use for public equipment and public property fees, August 2020 version

Pursuant to Article R 5312-94 of the French Transport Code, the suggested amendment to the rates and conditions of use for public equipment and public property fees of Grand Port Maritime de La Réunion (GPMDLR), specified below:

“Version No. 3 – August 2020 / Creation of the following rates:

• Chapter 7-2: USER CHARGES FOR CREW CHANGES”

shall be displayed for fifteen days at the following locations:

• Harbour master’s office
• Head office of Grand Port Maritime de La Réunion
• Open storage area office at Port Est
• Customs office
