Regulatory notice: Proposed 2020 rates and conditions of use for public equipment and public property fees: Erratum June 2020

Pursuant to Article R 5312-94 of the French Transport Code, the suggested amendment to the rates and conditions of use for public equipment and public property fees of Grand Port Maritime de La Réunion (GPMDLR), specified below:

“June 2020 Version / Erratum on the following rates:

• Chapter 2-6-2 Grain Terminal:

MGECER1001, MGECER1002, MGECER2001, MGECER2002, MGECER3001, MGECER4001, MGECER4002, MGECER5001

• Chapter 6-1-2 Vessel Supplies (Water): 

SEREAU2003 Minimum invoice amount”

shall be displayed for fifteen days at the following locations:

• Harbour master’s office
• Head office of Grand Port Maritime de La Réunion
• Open storage area office at Port Est
•  Customs Office
