The Port du Futur contest rewards ports that have developed an innovative projects with a company and/or research laboratory.
For this 3rd edition, GPMDLR presented its Natural Heritage Master Plan (NHMP) in the “Environmentally friendly Infrastructures and processes” category. The NHMP is part of a voluntary and innovative approach that goes beyond GPMDLR’s remit, enabling us to learn more about marine biodiversity and coordinate management of natural heritage with all partners concerned on the island of Reunion.
Our project ranked among the top 11 out of the 75 entered in this year’s contest.
