In 2019 AGEFIPH (a French non-profit that helps workers with a disability get into the workforce and hold down a long-term job) and MEDEF Reunion (a federation of employers) jointly organised the second edition of the H d’Or Trophies, aimed at rewarding public- and private-sector employers working to promote the professional integration and employee retention of people with disabilities.
We were awarded top prize in the category Employee Retention in Organisations with over 250 Employees for our retraining opportunities following incapacity, which supported the career development of two GPMDLR employees.
The award ceremony took place on 1st October 2019 at the University of Reunion Island.
